All is Well: Posted September 28
The world has certainly been on quite a roller coaster ride lately, hasn't it? I am feeling that everything will be better now. All that is needed at this point is a steady hand on the rudder. Just stay on course.
The biggest question for many of you now is: "Can you trust yourself?" You have knowledge, but you do not always trust that knowledge. In fact, much of your time is spent doubting what you know. I do understand that your doubt is often projected onto me. However, I also understand that you really do not doubt me, who I am, what I have taught you, or what I stand for.
That projection is a normal part of the self realization process. The teacher holds up a mirror for you to see your true self. Once you see yourself, you have gained deep knowledge. Yet it is delicate at first. You doubt what you have seen and project that doubt on to the one holding up the mirror. After all, what you see in your own reflection is very different from what, throughout life, you have been conditioned to believe.
For many of you, it is time to stand up and live true to your self. That requires courage. Your sense of self is still delicate. To catch a glimpse of your self is very good. To live it is great. That is a process. A saint once told his students, "If any of you had any courage, you would have been enlightened long ago." Do not lose your self to your doubts. That would be a terrible waste.
Please understand, I insist it is good to question. That is healthy. But to lose yourself to your own self-doubt is tragic. Giving in to self-doubt could put you in a spin that may last the rest of your life. Over the past nearly 40 years of teaching, I have seen a number of people do just that. There they are, walking on an amply wide path when they begin to believe that same path lies along a steep cliff. They get dizzy, lose their balance, and fall.
Please just keep a steady hand on the rudder, move forward, and know that all is well.

In response to a question I received regarding this All Is Well blog I say to the questioner:
Yes, you are correct. Clinging with determination and conviction to your conditioning is an example of what I mean by being “put in a spin.” It is not true self confidence even if it feels like it is. It is being overtaken by the trance of conditioning.
Kali Yuga: Posted September 26
I have received some e-mails asking about our current age of Kali Yuga (the age of Ignorance) and the upcoming Sat Yuga (the Age of Enlightenment). As I mentioned in a previous blog, 5000 years ago Lord Krishna gave a time frame similar to the Mayan prophecy which predicts a period of Sat Yuga beginning December of 2012.
I have been warning for several years now of the delicacy of the transition from Kali to Sat Yuga. We could still do a great deal to prepare for the transition and minimize the pain of the birthing process of Sat Yuga.
When the bull whip goes one way and then the other, the result is a loud snap. We are in the midst of that snap. It is just that simple. Everything in nature is the same, from a bull whip in motion to the pulsations of the Yugas over time.
Equinox: Posted September 22
Someone heard on the radio today that for one hour before and after the equinox (11:45 this morning), you can balance an egg on it’s end. We tried it and it worked. I am going to try it again tomorrow and see if it works then too! Maybe it always works??

Breaking News: Posted September 19
Did you hear the breaking news about what Paulson and the Fed are doing about the economy? They are buying up all of the bad debt from the housing credit market and printing up the money to do so. Estimates are at one trillion dollars. This is the biggest flood of the money supply in recorded history, paralleling the Weimar Republic in Germany before World War II. Inflation will soar and the dollar will plummet. The only haven will be hard assets.
Even more tragically, this bailout does not address the derivative market. Wall Street has ceased to be a brokerage house for equities and has become a virtual gambling casino. Instead of owning stocks, people are betting on stocks while holding no underlying assets. Soon, the whole thing will vaporize.
I implore you to take heed. Do not be like a deer in the headlights, frozen with fear, unable to move. If you can afford to own your own home, acquire a home you where you would be comfortable living the rest of your life. Arrange your finances in accord with your lifelong ambitions. What you spend on an asset now will be a mere pittance compared to what it will cost in dollars in the near future.
The enlightened age is coming. But our current age of oblivion will come to an end with great pain for those who are not properly prepared. But not to worry, if you prepare wisely, your personal life and finances will remain unscathed. This is not a doomsday prediction. It’s simply a hurricane warning. Prepare for the storm and sunny days will soon return.
Please do not think I am crying wolf to get you to move to Mount Soma. Please do not project such lower motivations of other people on to me. At the same time, I know you know me better than that. As always, I call them exactly as I see them. As I wrote in my “Words of Wisdom” book at the age of eight: “Good advice is everywhere, but only the smart person knows it when they hear it.”
Mayan and Vedic Prophecy: Posted September 19
It is rather well known that the Mayans predicted a new age beginning in 2012. Interestingly enough, in the Veda it says that Lord Krishna told Ganga Devi the Golden Age was coming and gave the same time frame. This also aligns with some current economic forecasts. The challenge will be to bring it forth as smoothly as possible.
Personal Finance and Gold: Posted September 19
Several people have contacted me asking about purchasing gold. Please note that gold is a highly volatile commodity as the past 48 hours has shown. I am not a trader and do not buy and sell. However, I do feel that long term, gold will go up (though like a rollercoaster ride). Such investments are not for the faint of heart.
I strongly feel that your first priority should be to get your house in order. Have a living space that you feel good about long term and that you can afford. Too many people think of ‘dream home’ when they should be thinking of ‘comfortable home’. Making short term arrangements for such a life long need as your home generally proves costly. Financial advisors have pointed out that many successful people purchased a home they were happy with and stayed put for decades. My advice is: decide where you want to live, get a comfortable home there, and stay put.
Too many people look back on their lives with regret over not what was, but what might have been. Choose wisely.

Prepare Wisely: Posted September 16
The weather and the economy continue to act up. The international climate is tense. I have been warning of all this for some time. I still warn that the worst is yet to come. What should you do? How can you protect yourself? Most sincerely I say, move to Mount Soma. You have the underlying principles, but what good are they if you do not use them. If you can not afford a lot, do not despair. We are working on housing. In the meantime, prepare you affairs to be ready to make the move. Regardless of your income level, we want to accommodate you.
Also, if possible, own some gold. The dollar is enjoying a short lived pre-election surge. It will not last much longer. If you are trying to sell your home and can not, I suggest you drop the price. Unfortunately, I believe things will continue to be difficult for several more years.
Do not despair. There is light at the end of the tunnel. The world is simply rearranging itself. Great times are ahead, though the transition will be most difficult for those who do not prepare themselves wisely. What more can I say?
Faith and Religion: Posted September 16
I recently received an e-mail from someone who apparently believed that I was anti-faith and anti-religion. They seemed to disagree with the former and somewhat agree with the latter. Let me assure you the neither is true for me.
I have simply pointed out that as faith becomes clearer and deeper, it ceases to be blind faith and becomes an inner knowing.
Also, as a culture becomes healthier, its corresponding religion becomes healthier and thereby more and more fully embodies spiritual truth.

The next few evenings just after sunset, look for mercury, venus, and mars together in the western horizon as well as Jupiter straight up near the moon. Beautiful… |
